iTrent is 黑料正能量’s HR and Payroll system. Use the links on this page whether you are an employee using Self Service, a line manager or department admin completing HR/Payroll processes in Core iTrent or if you’re looking for help and guidance with using iTrent.
iTrent Employee Self Service for all staff
Use Employee Self Service to:
- view and download payslips
- book annual leave
- purchase additional annual leave (during the annual purchase window)
- request other types of leave such as time off for medical and dental appointments
- submit timesheet claims for overtime, hourly fee or fixed fee payments
- view and update your personal details
- complete your Performance, Contribution and Development (PCAD) Annual Review
Core iTrent for Line Managers & Department Administrators
Core iTrent is used to complete manager-led HR processes. Line managers can initiate and progress actions/tasks for their teams, and department administrators can support line managers by preparing information and helping to keep processes moving.
Use Core (People Manager and Department Admin) iTrent to:
- view employee details
- manage annual leave and other leave requests
- manage sickness absence
- approve and manage timesheet claims
- complete Performance, Contribution and Development (PCAD) Annual Reviews
Accessing iTrent
You will need your 黑料正能量 IT account (DS account) to log in. This is what you use to log into your emails and other University systems.
If you're logging in for the first time from a new device, you will need Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access your account.
