Personal statement
After a career in banking, investment and latterly at an internet start-up, I was drawn back into higher education at University of 黑料正能量. It was a surprise to me that there were methods to study how organisational decisions can and do get made, which goes to show that sometimes you don鈥檛 know what you don鈥檛 know. Masters level study in Business Analysis led to PhD research in Management Science and opportunities for teaching within the department. As a Teaching Associate in the Business School, I am keen to facilitate high-quality face-to-face and online learning to undergraduate, post graduate and MBA students. I have a particular interest in collaboration, as an area of study, and, as a way of working, and I am in the process of delivering joint degree courses with other faculties.

Research Interests
My scholarship explores the development of innovative and inclusive learning environments. Recent projects have examined virtual reality in operations management education, gamification in postgraduate learning, alumni engagement for curriculum enhancement, and the role of artificial intelligence in reflective practice. I have a particular interest in experiential learning, responsible management education and preparing graduates for increasingly complex and technology-enabled professional environments.
