Personal statement

We investigate fundamental problems in nonlinear physics employing computational, statistical, and geometric-topological methods. Our aim is to identify the basic mechanisms and organising principles that underlie complex dynamics, thereby enabling progress across diverse application areas.

My education includes an MEng from Thessaloniki, an MSc from Stanford, an MASt from Cambridge and a PhD from Aachen. I have held positions at the California Institute of Technology, the University of California Santa Barbara, Imperial College London, Newcastle University and Aalto University.
